My bet is that you will need to free up more space, at least on a temporary basis, by moving something else. It may well extract to some temp folder on C. I'm not sure you can redirect them to go anywhere else, but you should be able to relocate your device backup folder to reclaim some space on C. Hello, I'm trying to restore my iphone since a few hours, first I hadn't enough space on Drive C to download the software, but then I created a link to Drive D, and now it downloaded the file to Drive D, but then it wants to extract it, and it extracts it to C again, so I'd like to make a link to D so that it can extract the software to D and not C, but I have no idea in which folder it is extracting the files, does anyone know?
